LaBlast Cardio Dance Fitness
Offered at 6:00 pm Wednesdays
LaBlast is a partner-free dance program for all to dance, get fit, and have fun. LaBlast is based on all of the dances you see on ‘Dancing with the Stars’. It’s an entertaining and fun fitness program that will challenge and inspire people of all ages and fitness levels! The program uniquely fuses fitness routines and movements into dance training. Music is a key component to the classes, using a wide variety of genres ranging from pop, rock, hip-hop, country, and disco to create a fun, energetic atmosphere. The result is a high-energy class experience that makes you want to dance!
LaBlast is designed for all levels, from the absolute beginner to the experienced dancer. It is a multi-level program so students can progress at their own rate. Students begin with an introduction to the program which provides the foundation and basic techniques used in LaBlast. As the program progresses, the intensity of the workout increases, dances and choreography are expanded, and technique and details are refined.
Gyrokinesis®
Offered at 12:00 noon on Tuesdays, Gyrokinesis is an innovative exercise program incorporating mind, body, and spirit. You will be guided through movements that finely tune the body to work in wholeness. The body becomes strong and flexible, the mind creates a deep core connection, and the spirit is lifted into confidence from the inside out.
About the instructor: Julieann Neely has been teaching core body movement for over 17 years. Believing the body has the ability to move efficiently in grace and freedom, Julieann designs lessons with fun, informative, and life-changing ideas.
